This position is a part of the Project Completion Departement. We are responsible for the completion of projects at Aker BP, while also owning the processes and systems used from MC to handover to the operations

In this position, you will support the Electrical Commissioning Lead with tasks such as planning, preparation, and execution of completion activities through all phases of the project.

 

Typical work tasks can be: 

  • Participating in the development of the project plan

  • Preparing commissioning procedures

  • Developing completion philosophy

  • Attending FAT of deliveries

  • Conducting commissioning activities on-site and offshore

 

Skills and qualifications: 

  • MSc or BSc engineer, preferably in electrical engineering

  • Certificate of apprenticeship as an Electrical Technician

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project, operation, or maintenance of HV systems

  • Desired experince in positions as Leader for Safety HV systems and electrical responsible for LV installations. 

  • Preferably experience in MC and commissioning

  • Proficient in Norwegian and English, both oral and written
