Graduate 2025 Concept Development Engineer

As a graduate within the Concept Development department you will be able to use your cooperative and creative talent to participate in identifying and evaluating different concepts for our future projects. Concept Development matures projects from the identification of a potential business opportunity all the way to where the very best concept is chosen and frozen. It is in these stages you can really impact the value of a project. Our tasks span from initiatives and projects within CO2 reduction, topside optimization, future operations, development of hydrocarbon project and CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage).

 

Typical work tasks can be: 

  • Support the project manager in daily tasks such as follow up action register, risk register and activities on relevant collaboration platforms
  • Support the project manager in planning, arrangement and facilitation of meetings, workshops and agile iterations
  • Follow up the maturation of the Design Basis which is a joint effort between relevant disciplines (Facilities, Drilling and Well, Subsurface, Technology, Operations etc.)
  • Facilitate and support development of case books (economic evaluations of the different concepts)
  • Coordinate input to relevant and critical documents, including Decision Gate Support Package


Qualifications:  

  • You have recently graduated or will graduate in 2025 with a MSc within a technical subject, economics, leadership or similar.
  • You have maximum two years of relevant professional experience
  • English and Norwegian language working proficiency
